Who is on the list:
This email list consists of any student that is enrolled in a course listed on the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø College schedule for the current year and term (as maintained by the Registrar’s Office). This list is automatically updated daily based upon information in the Registrar’s database.
Who can email the list:
Only faculty/staff that have need and have requested the ability to email these hall lists (such as members of Residence life, Public Safety); Members of the StudentSenateElectionCommission email group; individual students identified by Student Senate as needing to email the group.
Hall-based Lists
Who is on the list:
All these lists are based upon the student being in the CurrentStudents email list and the residence hall that the student is living in for the current year/term. The list is automatically updated daily based upon information in the Residence Life database.
Who can email the list:
Only faculty/staff that have need to email these hall lists (such as members of Residence life, Public Safety); members of the SENATE email group; Members of the StudentSenateElectionCommission email group; individual students identified by Student Senate as needing to email the group (such as the representative for the identified hall)

Academic Classification-based Lists
Who is on the lists:
All these lists are based upon the student being a Current Student and the academic classification (according to the College catalog) that the student has achieved based upon their completed credit hours. The list is automatically updated daily based upon information in the Registrar Office database.
Who can email the lists:
Only faculty/staff that have need to email these hall lists (such as members of Residence life, Public Safety); members of the SENATE email group; Members of the StudentSenateElectionCommission email group; individual students identified by Student Senate as needing to email the group (such as the representative for the identified classification.

Self-Selected Lists
Who is on the lists:
These lists are based upon the information that is contained/maintained by students through their CampusWeb account. At the start of Fall Semester, the information is reset based upon the Academic classification maintained by the Registrar’s Office. Students can update their selected class at any time. Only Current Students are added to these lists. The list is automatically updated daily based upon information as entered by the students in CampusWeb.  If you wish to change your class, log into CampusWeb, go to my profile in the upper-right of the page and choose the class from which you wish to receive emails.
