To prepare for this, on your mobile phone you should go to your App or Play store and download the Microsoft Authenticator app (make sure and download the MICROSOFT Authenticator).

ÌýÌýThis is the preferred method to perform multifactorÌýauthentication.

1. From your computer (not your phone), log into the Outlook Web Access portal atÌýÌýwith your ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø account.
2. Click on your account icon on the top right of the window. It will either be a colored circle with your initials, or your account picture if you have set one up.

3. From the menu that appears, click View Account.
4. In the box labeled Security infoÌýclick the UPDATE INFO >Ìý±ô¾±²Ô°ì.
5. Click the + Add sign-in methodÌý±ô¾±²Ô°ì
   
   
6. Choose Authenticator AppÌýand follow the instructions provided on the screen to complete the process.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

   NOTE: DO NOT sign in with your credentials! During this process, you will be asked to scan a QR code using the Microsoft Authenticator App.ÌýPlease be sure to use the Authenticator App and not just your phone camera.

7. After clicking next, following the prompts on the screen and input any information asked into the app. Once you have followed the instructions on the computer screen and your phone, it should be setup successfully.Ìý
