How YOU CAN HELP Current Students with their Career Journey:
Add Your Name to the ACT - Alumni Connection Time Resource List
Students frequently ask to connect with Alumni in particular career fields as they discern their own future path, Likewise, for classes, panels or activities faculty and staff often need alumni participants. In particular, our pre-med and pre-health students are always looking for shadowing opportunities. If you are willing to serve in one of those capacities, let us know! EmailÌý
clarkr@hendrix.edu to let us knowÌý of your interest and your area of expertise! We would love to add your name to our resource list.
Serve as an HCANÌý - ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Career Advisor Network - Mentor
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Career Advisor Network - is a great way to connect with your alma mater simply by sharing your career expertise during two scheduled conversations with a current student.Ìý Each year, the Career Services Office invites ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Alumni who are celebrating a milestone reunion year to connect with sophomores, juniors, and seniors seeking career advice. Best of all, if you are able to be on campus for alumni weekend, there will be an opportunity for you to meet other alumni and students who are participating in the program.
E-mail us to learn more about the HCAN program!
Provide Internship and Professional Experiences Ìý
With ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù꿉۪s commitment to engaged learning outside of the classroom, more students than ever are seeking internship experiences.Ìý Regardless of your location or office size, could you offer a meaningful career-oriented learning experience during the fall, spring, or summer either in person or virtually?Ìý While school year interns usually stay close to the Conway area, summer interns venture further out into the world.Ìý Additionally, the virtual option could be a possibility during any time of year!
