What devices does the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø HelpDesk offer wireless network support for?
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø provides a fast wireless network for student-owned laptops, desktop computers, and mobile devices, as well as all campus-owned technology. To manage traffic, bandwidth and security, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø also offers a separate, slower network ("Internet Of Things") exclusively for devices such as XBox, PlayStation, Smart TVs, etc.Â
To reduce the possibility of network interference, any wireless access points not owned and installed by ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø College are prohibited.

Basic troubleshooting
Help us help you! Do not fall for the "squeaky wheel" conundrum: "being annoying gets service first", but nobody wants to be annoying, so nobody asks for help when they need it. The HelpDesk values information about a service or system that is not working right; we need you to provide that information.
