2026-2027 Housing Selection Information
Each Spring, the Office of Residential Life holds its annual General Housing Selection for current students living and learning at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø College. Below you will learn more information regarding the Housing Selection process, the Housing Application, and other details that help determine assignments for the next academic year.Ìý
If you are an incoming student expected to start classes in the Fall 2026 semester, you will not participate in Housing Selection. Incoming Students will work with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Admissions to complete and submit ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Housing questionnaires. For more details on this process, please reach out to your admissions counselor with the Office of Admissions.Ìý
The 2026-2027 ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Housing Application is LIVE! Please visit Campus Web and complete the task. *If you cannot see the task, please let email us at housing@hendrix.edu.
All students returning to ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø College in the Fall must complete a ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Housing Application, to notify the Office of Residential Life their plans to for the next academic year. The Housing Application opened for current returning students on February 16th, with a deadline of March 8th.
Even if you plan to apply for other housing options, you must complete this form no later than March 8th, 2026, by 11:59PM.
Selection Timeslots for Housing Selection by Entry Cohort
Students will receive a assigned selection timeslot/date (generated at random) based on
their entering cohort class year. During the housing selection process,
students will select housing in relation to their selection timeslot. Students should use the earliest timeslot if they are in a group of 2 or more.Ìý

Participating in the Housing Selection, will provide you the ability to select your housing for the upcoming Academic Year.ÌýÌý
Apartment
Squatting Options- (applications close on March 8th)
Juniors and
Seniors CURRENTLY living in the apartments are eligible to apply to keep their
apartment for next year.ÌýCurrent First-Year and Sophomore residents are not permitted to squat in an apartment. This policy is in place to
ensure that students who have been here the longest have first access to the
apartments. In order to squat an apartment (if eligible), students must submit a housing application stating that they are either squatting or living with a student who is squatting. If it is a double/triple, all students must complete a housing application in order to squat that apartment. The decision to squat is for the Academic Year (August - May) and does not allow items to remain in that space over the summer break.
Process
for Current Seniors not intending to graduate or Masters Candidates
Seniors that are not graduating, will need to attend the Spring Housing Selection in April. They will receive a timeslot for housing selection.

As of March 5th, 2026, the petition process was LIVE! The deadline to submit documentation will be Tuesday, March 31st, at 11:59PM. Students will be notified of status before Spring Housing Selection in April 2026.ÌýPetitions for current students will
not be accepted or considered after the March 31st deadline.Ìý
